i-DOX Services is an independent Integrator providing Medico-Legal services to organisations. i-DOX is an administration service for all experts on the panel. The MRO’s who instruct the Medco experts will have contracts directly with the experts.
Once registered, you will have access to all available slots for each clinic. Enter your postcode and view which clinics are available. Once you have chosen a dedicated clinic, please enter the client details and times. You will receive an automated appointment notification.
Log in to your portal, and navigate to the client details in the case management system. In the appointment tab, you would see the re-schedule/cancel button. Alternatively, you can call our office, and we can do that for you.
Once a evaluation is completed, you will receive a notification within 24-48 hours.
